We do not collect your SSN or ITIN in the initial website application. We also receive information you submit when requesting maintenance or joining the vacancy update list.

We use this information to respond to questions, administer rental applications, verify information, evaluate housing eligibility, prepare documents, and provide resident services.
Storage and disclosure
Applications and documents are stored in private systems used by Buena Vista Properties. We may share information with service providers that help us operate, verify an application, or comply with law. We do not sell applicants’ personal information.
Your choices and security
Do not send an SSN, ITIN, complete bank information, or identification images through ordinary email or text. Confirmation emails contain tracking references only and do not attach the completed application. You may ask us to remove your information from the vacancy update list at any time. To correct information or ask a privacy question, contact us through the Contact page. No system is completely free of risk, but we take reasonable steps to protect submitted information.

The maintenance page opens a form operated for Buena Vista Properties. Information submitted there is used to manage and follow up on the maintenance request.
